Role Summary:

As a Field Technician, you will provide on-site technical support for a range of IT infrastructure tasks. This includes hardware setup, network troubleshooting, low-voltage cabling, and general tech maintenance. Assignments vary based on client needs and may be scheduled with short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Perform on-site networking tasks: switch installation, cable termination, rack mounting, etc.
• Handle break/fix support and routine maintenance
• Document work completed and communicate status to Tecflow team
• Maintain a professional presence while working on client sites

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT or low-voltage field experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably meet deadlines
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, routers, switches, patch panels)
• Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Must own basic toolset (cable tester, punch down tools, screwdriver set, etc.)
